Wally Pfister’s Directorial Debut ‘Transcendence’

Wally Pfister photographed three of the biggest films of the last decade. Namely, Batman Begins, Dark Knight, and Dark Knight Returns. Each of those films will be remembered for different reasons, but they’re all beautifully shot.

Now, Wally Pfister, the cinematographer on the Dark Knight Trilogy, is venture out on his own. He’s making his own films. That is to say, he’s directing for the first time. His first feature film will star Rooney Mara, Johnny Depp and host of other notable actors.

The film is titled Transcendence and it’s sure to make a lot of money. Will it be any good? Well, check out the trailer and see what you think.
